What win % boost do you think players get from running all of the mods?

Lert: 25% at the very least.   That's right, all those unicums would be mere red baddies if they didn't have their mods.     Mods are tools. Nothing more, nothing less. A master with a cheap hammer will still build a better cabinet than a screwup with a very expensive one.
