reply in the west server just kicked out of game thread, saying
"Thank you for reporting the issue. ... Please know that we are

...but instead... ...most WG Admins only come to the
forums to lock threads, give warnings (usually with not enough
reason provided), and remove offensive posts... ...all the
while, people have been asking for acknowledgement of the 8.11
accuracy bug for weeks... all with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE given...
at all.. ever.. even once... from anyone at WGNA... -- all we
wanted was to know that you recognize it exists and passed that
information on to HQ! ...which you could have done easily and
effortlessly in a post when you noticed there were dozens upon
dozens of people asking and getting upset about it...Laera: Thanks for your feedback WarTrax, I really appreciate
it. Yes, there are quite a few issues with 8.11,
however many of them have been addressed in today's hot
fix. We'll be better with communicating these issues in the
future.
