We're looking for a Bilingual Community Coordinator (Spanish/English) to join our ranks! This position will work out of our office in San Francisco, CA (sorry, no telecommuting). Think you have what it takes to join the ranks? You should have the following skills under your belt: Fluency in Spanish Experience working in Community A thorough understanding and obsession with online gaming A drive to improve the gaming experience and support the community Ability to look at all sides of the coin and mediate any disputes that arise from player desires and development capabilities You work well with your team but you can also get what needs to be done on your own, within deadline and in a fast-paced environment You should have an excellent understanding of basic Office tools You must be a great all-around communicator (i.e. verbal, written, body language) in English and Spanish. Ability to figure out an answer in the midst of chaos (i.e. troubleshooting) A thirst for travel And we won’t dock you if you have: A BA degree or higher Experience with World of Tanks Interest in history, particularly World War I and II era Knowledge of free-to-play Experience working with task management software (such as Jira or basecamp) A second language, preferably Russian and/or Portuguese This position reports to the Head of Community and is located in Emeryville, CA.
