With that being said, I completely understand your frustration, as I'm just as upset about the issue as you are. I'm doing my best to see if there's anything we can do to make things better for those who got caught up in this issue.
In the meantime we're doing our best to try and get this matter resolved as soon as possible, hopefully before the 26th.
I know this issue bites, and I'm sorry that I have nothing more for you right now than my apologies and to hold tight.
