is there a way i can enter/post on the forum topic with my NA account??
it does say in the original post that russia is the only region that cannot enter .. ?

You're more than welcome to enter that contest but they will only be able to credit your EU account if you win. What is your language set to on Facebook, if you don't mind me asking? We try to target our NA contests to those who have their settings on English (US). If you have it set to something else you may be viewing things posted by other regions.
