Greetings Clan Warriors!
Once the first stage of the new Clan Wars campaign has come to its end. It will be time to initiate the next step and launch the second stage, ‘Rise and Fall.’ Find all the details below!
During this stage, not only will we expand the features present since Stage I, but we will also enable additional things, like the ‘Ransack’ option!
[UPDATE]However, we will be disabling Tank Locking for the duration of the 1st Campaign.
1 - At the beginning of the second Stage of the campaign, clans will be awarded Victory Points for their provinces during Stage I
2 - New tier restrictions for vehicles will be placed:21st – 25th of June: vehicles will be restricted to tier VII
26th – 30th of June: vehicles will be restricted to tier VIII 3 - ‘Ransack’ mechanics will now be enabled. This means that during this stage clans will have the option to ransack captured provinces.Ransacking a province will give the clan a 3 days’ worth of gold income of that particular province. For the next 5 days, the province will bring no income to any clan owning it.
Ransack option will only be available for the provinces captured less than 1 turn ago.
Ransack cannot be performed if a province has been ransacked during the last 5 days already.
A province cannot be ransacked if it is not connected to your Headquarters.
The Clan which receives the biggest amount of gold through ransacking provinces will be awarded the ‘Expulsion and Plunder’ Medal. 4 - Riots will be enabled with all their usual rules and mechanics
A riot may occur in any non-landing province on the global map. It temporarily turns the rioting province into a landing zone which may not be attacked from the neighboring provinces but can be landed upon by any clan on the global map. Rioting provinces are marked with a special symbol on the map.
Riot odds:The probability of a riot occurring in a province is calculated each turn. It is not a constant number, and is shown as a percentage, which may grow or shrink depending on the circumstances. In order to learn the current riot odds, hover the mouse cursor over the province riot indicator on the map.
Riot indicator colour:
Blue  – the odds haven't changed from the previous turn
Green – the odds have decreased from the previous turn
Red – the odds have increased from the previous turn
Factors affecting riot odds
The odds grow for a specific province if:it has been pillaged
any neighbouring province has been pillaged
it is not connected to the HQ
if the HQ has been removed from this province
if it has been conquered from a clan which owned it for at least 7 days The odds grow for all provinces of a clan if:any province was lost due to a riot
the HQ was lost
any province was lost. The odds shrink for a specific province if:the HQ is deployed in it
if a counter-spy has been assigned to it
if owner-clan chips are deployed in it The odds shrink for all provinces of a clan if:a riot has been successfully quelled in any of its provinces
any province has been successfully defended against an enemy attack When a Riot breaks out:
A Riot can only begin once every day for every province. The check for whether a Riot breaks out in a province is made 8 hours before the start of prime time, based on the current riot probability for that turn.If a Riot should break out in a province, but there are battles already scheduled to take place there at the next prime time, the riot is delayed until the next Prime Time. To find out when to start applying for landing in a province, hover your mouse over the riot symbol in the province.
If a Riot has already begun, or has been postponed until the next prime time for two provinces belonging to your clan, no riot check is made for the rest of your provinces, until there are no more battles in at least one of the rioting provinces.
If no clan has applied to land in the rioting province, the riot ends after the provincial Prime Time.
Quelling a riot
Right after the start of a riot, the province becomes available for landing upon by any clan on the Global Map. When the prime-time starts, the landing tournament takes place between landing claimants. The winner will fight the current owner of the province. In order to quell a riot, the owner has to defeat the winner of the landing tournament.
5 - Province incomes will be readjusted.
During the Campaign, a province will have 2 income states, which will depend on what Stage the Campaign is currently in:Static income, which does not change (introduced during the first stage)
Dynamic income, which changes each turn (coming in the current stage) Dynamic income changes will work on a regional basis; this means that income from all provinces will be increased gradually in one region, while decreased in another.
During the first half of Stage II, income of the 'Canada and Alaska' region will be increased gradually. On the other hand, USA region will experience gradual decrease of incomes.During the second half, all provinces, which income has been increased, will experience a gradual decrease of income until it reaches its initial value. The provinces, which income has been decreased, will have it gradually restored to its initial value as well.If the income of a province reaches zero, then from the next turn it will start to increase evenly until it reaches its initial value. If the income of a province should reach its initial value before the end of the Stage, the income again begins to decrease evenly. Therefore, the income of a province should range from its initial value down to zero, without crossing those values.Province incomes will be readjusted in the following time frames:21st – 25th of June: increase/decrease of province incomes
26th – 30th of June: reversion of the process 6 - Victory Points will be credited each turn during the whole Stage II.
The amount of VP credited will equal the value of the clan’s turn income (1/24 of the daily province income) multiplied by 2.
Rules of VP crediting valid for the previous Stage can be found here . (<-clickable link)
