Incoming! Update on the non-Duplicate decoration error.

  Also the compensation announcement just released doesn’t describe how exactly the info graphic was wrong and there was never an in game notice nor a notice on the premium shop before purchase. Under Federal unfair trade practices and acts you must give a clarification on the item before purchasing them item in order for it to be given adequate notice. This still would be deemed by the ftc as misleading, not adequate compensation/refunding, and no clarification of the issue. But the one thing WG does have going is it’s at least 50% trying we want that extra 50%.

KRZYBooP:  Well, it's not a 2-hour window. It is from the time of the article going up until 2 hours after the changes to the article. 

Our system tracks all of these purchases so crediting will be automatic as soon as the information is gathered. All the accounts that were affected will get compensation. The part of the article that said "No duplicate decorations", was the wrong information. Normally, duplicate decorations are a thing. There is a notice now, and any other outliers and what-if scenarios will be handled by our CS team at their discretion.
