Anyone else seeing this?KRZYBooP: Correct you are not given anything but a chance to make
changes in your account that will not affect you. Sell all your
tanks, go up the tech tree to try out that tier X you have been
grinding towards. Go down a completely new line. As
far as no being able to purchase stuff that is not something that
normally happens.
