Free exp, skip grinds for new players?

new players get given at least 20,000 free exp, allowing them to skip their way up to , if I recall correctly, allow them to skip their way up to tier 6 I assume ? won’t this discourage them to learn the game as they grind , walking into a more competitive and hostile environment (ie, getting 2-3 shot by a tier 8 without methods or knowledge to fight back?) while, making the mid-high tier environment less chaotic, which already is.   the semi-lengthy grind also allow them to stock up for credits in tier 3~5, before they just start buying 900,000 tanks and run out of credits to correctly maintain their equipment/consumable/ammo economy?
I would rather freely or quicken the grind to fully upgrade their tank so they can mount the top guns, engines etc, or maybe crew books so they can spam it to get at least 6th sense .
what do you all think?

KRZYBooP:  The longer a game is in play the more options to get new users in becomes available. This is so you can have your friend jump in the game with you and play in the same matches as yourself. If you are teaching them their chances of learning the game quicker and sticking around are greater. This is what the recruitment program was built for. My other favorite game did this, and while I was initially upset, it made it easier to show my friends the full potential of the game so they could decide upfront if they wanted to play for free or pay into the game.
