players went to the forums and a WGA employee responded within 64
minutes. So which method prompted a response from Wargaming?
Remember that next time you need help. Forum works. Support ticket
does not.KRZYBooP: The support team has the most accurate information on any
unscheduled maintenance down-time. If not they might be
able to help with the issue. For example, "I havent got this from
last update, but I get a message from game that says "Out of memory
error, restart client". Game plays, but no in game music plays when
it does this." This sounds like more of a Hardware/ driver
issue and not connection related.
Some players run mods, other players could be playing on wifi with a router on its last legs, their ISP could have a downage in their area and your PC connection has to reroute farther away, their ISP could be throttling their data, there could be too many devices connected to a network. All of this has happened to me, and troubleshooting players' connections on a forum is not the best situation. This is why I recommend submitting a ticket so players can get some sort of answer.
