no idea what data the Devs looked at to decide to slightly teak
this tank and leave other tanks alone.
I am not sure if anyone here participates in the Dev Q and A's, but those questions would be great for them to answer. Sadly, yes it isn't my department to make tweaks and changes to the game. Otherwise, I would make the Lef a tier 8 premium Tank, buff the crap out of it and make it the best arty in the game to play.
