automatically get super crews. However, there are crew books to
help you unlock skills, and directives you can purchase to unlock a
skill for a match. Is this the best solution? IMO probably
not, but it is an option that is available. Other things are done
like in this update where equipment is limited and you can't farm
medals for bonds should also help alleviate some Seal
clubbing.
