all you need to do to fix seal clubbing was limit crew skills and
equipemnt for lower teirs.. not put in different classes...that was

design. Limiting crew skills is not a good way to stop
seal clubbing, but allowing all players access to better crews is.
The Equipment changes are also limiting equipment to lower tiers as
you suggested, and the different class bonuses are only fore tier 6
and up. If you would to request a refund and close your
account down then you are free to submit a ticket and have our
support team go over the policies for them HERE.
