Make Wheeled Vehicles Their Own Class

KRZYBooP: I am curious to know if players recommending this change have played a wheeled tank and experienced it for themselves? It only allows you to lock-on to a target without having your reticle on the tank you are targeting. It doesn't guarantee hits on the enemy tanks.  Past the auto-lock feature it plays exactly like the normal lock-on feature that has always found a way to disappoint me with unexplainable ricochets and non-penetrating hits.
