KRZYBooP:  Most of the time the connection issue happens between a player and our servers. If it's a server issue it affects many players on a bigger scale. In the past, there have been issues that were difficult to track due to when the issue happened and whom it was affected. WG did get it addressed though.  Players that are experiencing connection issues can submit a ticket to our support team to have them help investigate where the issue is.  Some small troubleshooting steps players can take are trying a VPN, hard lining a PC directly to your ISP provided router, running some speed tests with fast.com, and if possible logging into your account from a different PC  on a different ISP. The last one is a good test to see if there are any differences in gameplay.  Not saying that nothing is ever on WG, but lag afflicts all online games indiscriminately and sometimes there is not much you can do depending on how your internet is routed.
