KRZYBooP:  HE is still being adjusted along with the other premium rounds in the game. There is no solid ETA on these changes at this time. Our streams are a good place to catch leaks since CabbageMech doesn't like to keep things from our players.

KRZYBooP:  Ammo, in general, is getting reworked to offer more decision making when loading an ammo type. The idea is, Standard round does more damage but doesn't penetrate as well, whereas the premium round has a higher chance to penetrate, but causes less damage. This creates a trade-off between a guaranteed hit, or slapping someone in the face with a freedom shell of doom. HE is also getting looked at, and already seen an adjustment in the damage bubble parameters concerning falloff of the damage. That's not all though, our developers are looking at this ammo rebalance as a chance to change HE a little more, and already made adjustments from OMG whyyyyyyy to meh that round barely scratched the cigarette my crew member was smoking in the open hatch of the TD. Nothing concrete has been shared and everyone is waiting for more info. Mostly cause all future tank rebalances are waiting on ammo changes.

KRZYBooP:  Ban XVM and someone will make a new one in a day called MVX. Mods for PC's is a thing and most games on PC has them. It's where a lot of new game modes are created and developed by the gaming community that plays them. Ammo rebalancing including changes to premium rounds is on the way soon. HE changes are included in the above. Some players like corridor maps and some just want a flat plane to fight tanks on. I have seen an equal demand in the many feedback threads and sadly the developers get the fun job of trying to make everyone happy and always falling short.
