Concept: Let players be able to elite vehicles to "Hero" status...

You've got a tank you've played a ton of battles in and also done well in.  What if you could get some sort of reward for it?  Well now you can!  To do this you must have 500 or more battles, a Mastery Badge for the tank, and a 50% wr or 3 marks (Suggested requirements).  When you chose to "Hero" a tank, you get a special "Hero" camo just for that tank.  If you apply the status and the camo with it, you get a credit and exp bonus by tier/2 (adjustable).  There is a caveat though...  You must be in top 3 of a winning game to get the bonus.  If you lose and are in the bottom 3, your bonus subtracts from your earnings and is awarded to players who did damage to you.
