Teamkilling

In this case, an automated system of violations tracking (team damage, team kill) will operate and the administration draws your attention to the following information - with the introduction of this system, users' complaints about the above mentioned violations will not be considered. From now on all punishments for team damage and team kill incidents will be executed automatically without support service workers' interference. The system has been customized, tested multiple times and currently works correctly. We also draw your attention to the fact that a multitude of all possible circumstances accompanying different violations (including extenuating and aggravating ones) has been taken into consideration. All requests relating to ban cancellation or minimizing the punishment period, laid by the system, will be ignored. Additional information on the automated system of team killers and bot users tracking you will find on this page:   Note that the link to the tk system is no longer functional. I believe, however, it contained the following language that I've copied from another thread I found: Reporting Team Damage or Team Kills.
The automate Team Damage and Team Kill system has been thoroughly tested and tweaked since its introduction. It works and works very well, taking into consideration a multitude of scenarios.
As such, no reports of friendly fire are required, nor are they accepted. All tickets sent to support reporting team killers will be replied to stating this fact with the player sent to this post for more information.       Finally, what he actually said indicates that anyone who intentionally tks a blue tank is subject to suspension, regardless of whether the blue tank was actively engaged in team killing activities when you shot him, because he says the rule is "no shooting teammates."

KRZYBooP:   Finally, what he actually said indicates that anyone who intentionally tks a blue tank is subject to suspension, regardless of whether the blue tank was actively engaged in team killing activities when you shot him, because he says the rule is "no shooting teammates."   That is not what I said. What was said, "You can get reported for shooting a blue player, since players are free to submit tickets for rule violations. WG handles them on a case by case basis."   Section 6 of the EULA is specific to the TK system, and not the myriad of what if situations that can occur with player A and player B in game. Friendly fire is tracked automatically by our system that turns you blue. No need to report it cause if player A shoots player B then it's tracked already and if the player makes a habit out of it they will get sanctioned.    To answer your other questions.    Are you telling us that if we shoot a blue player intentionally, under any circumstance, and he reports us that we will be suspended for intentional team killing? Example 1:  I watch a teammate intentionally shoot another teammate and turn blue.  Am I allowed to tk the attacking player when he continues his teamkilling.   No I am not saying you will be immediately suspended or sanctions will happen to you. Support is there to investigate all tickets and as I stated they are looked at by a case by case basis. You might not get sanctions for shooting a blue player. However, I am letting everyone know to don't shoot your team mates, it's against the rules.    Example 2, in which I could understand this change:  I see a teammate turn blue after a small collision soon after the game starts.  He continues on his way and appears to intend to help the team and in no way showing aggression towards his teammates.    WG does try to give players the ability to change their behavior before a massive ban comes down. Yes its gotten more strict, but its still there with the strike system.
If we face suspensions for both examples, your system is just a joke.  If you're trying to force players to take a closer look at the situation before tk'ing the blue guy, I can understand that theory behind it, even though I may disagree with the practicality of it.
