Sitrep for new Common Test update 1.0.1 incoming.

KRZYB00P: Howdy Boom Jockeys!   I am going to lead with the amazing video that explains some new stuff coming soon to World of Tanks PC.      TLDW: -New Italian nation joins the battle with a new auto-reload mechanic. The less shells in your clip the longer the reload.  -A NEW MAP! Well sort of. Releasing of a revamped Province Map back into the rotation for tiers 4 and up.  -Changes to premium shells in preparation of a re-balance of them that is on the Ammo rack.  -A brand new mode to play that is only open to Tier 8 Tanks called Front line. If you are not familiar, its a little more involved than just capture a flag.
