I don't always agree with your answers, but it's nice to see
you take the effort. In regards to punishing botters, do you
guys ban them temporarily, ban them permanently, or do something
else (such as reset their accounts, as mentioned as WG_EU's policy
on FTR)?Jewel_Thief: Depending on the severity, and other factors, Bot accounts can
receive either a warning, or a permanent suspension, pending a
"wipe" to their account. (This "wipe" leaves nothing but purchased
items, and gets rid of everything they've "earned"-- it's pretty
harsh, honestly.)

damage, and bots do not seem to be important to mods/admins.
But I have seen results for ramming/pushing out/Racist behavior and
so on. Just reported a guy other day that was pushing players
into open with his MAUS. Next day the guy Emailed me cursing me out
for getting him a 3 day ban. So they do look into reports, just not
the minor reports.Jewel_Thief: Team damage/team kills are completely taken care of by our
automated system... trust me: it works. We get tooooons of tickets
in from folks who have received restrictions from this system who
have in the past complained that it doesn't work... For
pushing/ramming/other unsportsmanlike conduct, we do require
video replays, and handle those manually, since the automated
system doesn't often account for those offenses. We
look into every report that is sent to us, and handle them
according to our policies and procedures for each matter.
