The point of "support tickets"?

that shows a bot gets delt with? i have a ticket thats about 2
weeks old now, and the player's account still hasnt been reset, and
is showing ~160 battles a day still. Jewel_Thief: No longer than 24 hours... but remember: a single video from
one reporter can be inconclusive. We do realllly thorough
investigations, however, and I can guarantee you that we are doing
everything we can on these. :)

there is a huge influx of Bots/Afk tanks. I see several Bots/Afk
every night, maybe 1 in 3 battles especially at mid tiers.
Please make some effort to step it up. Maybe a report as to how
many were banned every week. Jewel_Thief: I can say that it's cyclical... we get big influxes of them from
time to time, then everything calms down... Again, we're doing
everything in our power.
NutrientibusMeaGallus, on Feb 10 2014 - 12:39, said: You realize some of us refuse to close a ticket not out of
inactivity, but as a form of perpetual disagreement with a lack of
results.Jewel_Thief: Fair enough, but all that does is hurt the representative who is
answering your ticket. They are just trying to do their job, which
is to get you answers, and then close out the ticket. Please know
that we understand your frustration on these cases, and again, we
are doing everything in our power to do what we can with these
accounts.

disciplined players...ok, whatever. WG really needs to get
over their fear of dishonest players demanding retribution for
being called out as dishonest. But until you do, why
not have your 'automated' system generate a message in "system
channel" to each player from a battle where your 'automatic
system' detected actual bot behavior. The system is described
as one that functions 'in game', not after the fact.
Therefore it should be easy to generate a 'system channel' message
to the 30 players in a battle stating something like: "A
player or players exhibiting behavior similar to known 'bot'
programs was detected in your previous battle. That behavior
is now being tracked."Jewel_Thief: That's fair, geographer-- but know that due to our Privacy Policy,
this will probably never be a thing-- I'll pass it along, however.
:) All the best, ~JT
