Wargaming took gold and credits from my account and wont respond to the ticket

A gentle reminder:    we answer tickets in the order in which they are received...
If you repeatedly "bump" your tickets, our system sees them as "new"-- meaning, you get bumped to the "back" of the queue...
Please remain patient in waiting for an answer to your support tickets, and resist the temptation to "bump" them unnecessarily.
