Actually... no. I'm sorry you received the above response, but it's not correct. (I am talking with my staff right now about it... Apologies.)
"Physics abuse" MUST be reported manually (via a Support ticket, with VIDEO replay evidence). We will then review, make a ruling, and hand out any necessary restrictions.
