Log in problems with east coast server again

Jewel_Thief: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the
inconvenience and are looking into the issue.
We ask that if you are getting stuck at the "Synchronizing equipment and consumables..." screen, please run the following report, then post your results here.
- Press the Windows key + R key to bring up the Run window.
- In the "Open" filed, type "CMD" and press enter.
This will open the Command prompt window.
- If you are experiencing this when attempting to log into the East coast server, type "tracert 209.170.73.39" and press enter.
Let it run.
- If you are experiencing this when attempting to log into the West coast server, type "tracert 162.213.61.82" and press enter.
Let it run.
After the process has completed, right click on the window and select "Select All", then paste your results here.
Please also include your public IP address (http://www.whatismyip.com/), and what server you are attempting to log into.
*Rest assured, this is your public IP (not private), and this it totally optional. If you are not comfortable with including this information, we understand.
This information will help us in getting this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you all for your patience. :(
