I just chatted with Support and hear that you have a ticket in the queue--- please refrain from responding to your ticket multiple times before Support has a chance to get back to you-- since they answer tickets in the order they are *received*, this will only keep bumping your ticket to the "end of the line." They will do whatever they can to resolve your issue.
If anyone else is having this issue, please send a ticket into Support, and include screenshots if you can.
