SAME DAMN RESPONSE! Either way I'm pissed at the treatment.

JayRatedTheKid: Thanks man. Unfortunately I don't have the capacity to solve
every issue - the ones I haven't we're in the process of working
through with our global teams at the moment - but I've been able to
help quite a few people across which has been awesome.
