Tier IX sweet spot - Obj 430? Leo PTA?

Jambijon: I don't know, I'm loving the Leo PTA and definitely want to grind out the Tier X.  Can't speak for the 430, but I plan on using the Tier X Leopard.  However, I probably won't go past the T49.
