Torunament admins do you actually read your pm's from players

Jambijon: It is true that Domosapien and I get flooded with PMs constantly, and we do make an effort to respond as soon as possible.  However, if there is a wide spread issue, such as the incorrect Gold payout that was mentioned, chances are we are already working on it and pulling data on our backend so reading every pm with identical issues isn't really necessary, but I understand that can be especially frustrating when its been days/weeks.  When things like that happen we will find out what went wrong, correct the issue manually, and then make a new thread or update existing ones with what was done.   As for the Gold credit issue on the 5v5 tournament, our tournament system bugged out and  took into account player performance and distributed the gold based on battles played and "XP" earned which is not something we use or have used in the past since it doesn't make sense for the type of tournaments we run.  I fear our tournament system is becoming sentient but we've taken measures to ensure that WoT Tournament Skynet doesn't become a reality.  Jokes aside, we are correcting the incorrect distribution of gold from the 5v5 bout but since it's a manually process its taking longer than expected.  Once we finish I'll post updates.  Also, we aren't removing any gold for those who got a bigger slice of the pot.  Again, sorry for the delay and we have your back!
