Guido's Thoughts on the New Rules Violations Policy

Jaguarz: While I dont have a problem with chat bans the automated system is squarely dialed all the way up to 11 on the snowflake-ometer it gives out bans with no care for context and has a seemingly a ridiculous amount of really mild words in its search parameters, its quite frankly oppressive in a competitive game played mainly by adults and will have, in no uncertain terms, soured some people from playing because this isnt 2012 and theres tons of stuff out there for people to do. Now, with all of the shenanigans from Putin the ruble has collapsed, which means the largest Wargaming market is generating less than half the income it did before, assuming that sales are the same (which they wont be) so in no uncertain terms the revenue stream has been hit significantly and this policy revamp I see as part of an attempt to pull people back. People shouldnt be allowed to abuse others with impunity but given that chat can be turned off and the blacklist is there the automatic script is crazy overkill and a luxury which doesnt help their revenue which is what it all comes down to. Woke doesnt sell. All just IMO of course.
