Random isn't balanced

Jaguarz: "Balanced" isnt balanced Two identical tanks with same crews and same equipment is balanced, then you and I as drivers and boom, unbalanced, its impossible to account for players. That said there are nonsense tanks like the chieftain which are just out and out better, otherwise its mostly close enough to bear.
