Grind up BIA crews before Crew 2.0 goes into effect?

system you find so endearing. The BIA crews they offered for
Blueprints some time ago...you need to click into recruiting
dialogue on each one to find out what nation they can be assigned
to - what fun! I bought the Badger and crewed it with some
barracks crew and a few of the special crews I had (see previous).
One of the decent loaders had Situational Awareness which is
a waste on the Badger having a Radio Operator. Good thing I
wasn't too hasty resetting, some of my premiums have
radio duties on the loader. Sifting through dozens of
Crew mousing over each one to find the ones with skills and
sending them from junk tanks serving as overflow barracks to the
actual barracks is a recurring reminder of how ridiculous the
present crew system has become. The communities melodrama
over the future crew update is over the top. I feel the
second iteration addressed many of the concerns from the first.
They made the transition fair in my opinion, maybe even
over-generous. The only residual issue I had was on game
balance where instead of flattening out any advantages beyond 4 or
so skills they gave a substantial boost to the mega experienced
crews - this is quite fixable however.Jaguarz: You dont seem to understand the point of the whole debacle,
or that they tried to shove it through on World of Warships and
failed. The sole purpose of Crew 2.0 is to make (more) money but
for them to balance the system properly means it isnt worth
implementing anyway. Pay to win is literal game poison, even the
suggestion of it can be killer and crew 2.0 is beyond egregious in
terms of a cash grab, you got the cash, you win. A likely
scenario is someone moved up Wargamings ranks and is jealous of the
millions and millions that the original team managed to bank so is
desperately trying to come up with something which will give a
large, short term influx of cash so they can rake in bonuses and
share options and cash out fast, its exceedingly unlikely to make
it past the beancounters though, they dont get bonuses like that
and their job is to protect the golden goose and its exceedingly
unlikely that the few whales will cover the shortfall in revenue
should a significant amount of casuals stop playing (virtually
guaranteed). World of Tanks (currently) for all its faults is
an example of F2P done right, crew 2.0 would make EA blush.
