Jaguarz:  Its broken to the extent its no longer being offered in clan garbage which makes people who dont have it mad as there is no avenue to obtaining it currently. To be fair its not grossly broken and a tweaking of its mobility to maintain its strengths but reduce its flexibility would solve a great deal.
