Thunderstorm event: No Chieftain...again

Jaguarz:  I kill Chieftains in a Pz7, that means that the Chieftain needs a buff right? Its a tank which was balanced poorly from the start, for what it is its too fast and theres no rhyme or reason for it to be as quick as it is, even historically it had a underpowered engine and if this was corrected it would retain its strength but lose its flexibility.
