She doesn't "fit" with their vision of how they want to promote themselves, which is appalling in 2021.
They have to play nice in the EU because their HQ is in the EU (Cyprus) and there are legal issues with banning players or removing their CC accounts, but outside of the EU, they can do whatever they want with zero legal recourse.
