encourage bad gameplay. Not to mention that the tank of choice
right now appears to be hulldown/sniper mediums, as they are the
usually the last to die in losses but first to farm in wins.
Terrible for dynamic gameplay. Alternatively, role XP could
be tripled and damage/assist XP should be cut in half, but this
wouldn't fix the fundamental problem.
Jaguarz: Meh, why should garbage players who have to be carried, and
it sure wont just be one waster on the team, get rewarded but
someone who through no fault of his own or his herculean efforts on
the losing side lose out? Its literally removing any vestiges of
skill based rewards and making it entirely RNG based on what
players you get on your team. Not only that but when you see you
team is on a loss you may as well just bail and ride the team mate
RNG train for the next game. Dont get me wrong, ranked in ever
aspect is terrible, but your premise is equally as awful.
