Cuba - The landing for Summerpubs and the Unemployed?

Hypnotik: It is deliberate. Cuba is part of the new provinces that was designated for the new time zones we've introduced. In this section of the map there are 5 provinces for the earliest time zone, and 4 for the 2nd earliest time zone. There are also several provinces in northeast Greenland that were allocated in this manner as well.   You can see the full details of these changes here.
