note, we do have the
Clan Wars Compensation Policy in place. I'd encourage clan
commanders to contact
support if they have lost a province due to the technical
failure (please read it before submitting a ticket to make sure
your situation qualifies). This would also include a case where you
actually won the province in a fight last night if the province is
for some reason not awarded to you after the map gets processed
following the unfreeze. The "within 24 hours" part of it will
be from the time the map gets unfrozen, as the incident is
technically still ongoing until then.
