Assault mode

Hypnotik: It's something worth thinking about for sure. It would be far more difficult for clans to take land though. The thing that's an even bigger problem is that not all maps have assault modes on them (Erlenberg, Karelia, Sand River, and Siegfried Line are the only current ones), so we'd be severely limiting the choices of maps to play on (and I know you'd all miss Highway)
From a personal perspective, I'd like to see encounter battles and challenger battles use Encounter mode, but this would limit the map pool as well. I think some of the battles we'd see in a CW style of play on Encounter Mode would be pretty fun.
TLDR: Not happening (at least for now, anyway)
