Not sure exactly what limit you're asking about; but for members in clan: no limit/requirement, number of clans in group: no limit/requirement, members on for the actual interview (no real limit, just keep it manageable - remember, more will be on for the tank company which can sometimes have some interesting discussion topics on the stream).
