we'll post anything important for you to know about the changes
being made to the NA Clan Wars map.
July 15, 2014 Re-balancing of Riots Probabilities (Details) Addition of deferred riot icon to the Clan Wars interface. (

A deferred riot is when a riot appears on a province which is under
attack from a bordering province, and the riot tournament must
be delayed until the next day so the land battle can take place.
This icon has been added to differentiate between those provinces
with active riots and those with deferred riots.
