The way tokens work is, for every player in your clan with a tier 5 or higher tank, you get a one token. This is the only thing that is based on individual players, so if you have tokens on two different provinces that are under attack, you may bring any player you wish to those battles, not just the players represented by those specific tokens. This means that you may even bring the same 15 players to both battles, if the battle times work out.
