Hypnotik: A little explanation on the "each turn" part:
If [CLANA] captures a province (Let's say it's worth 600 gold) during the turn at 1800, they get their victory points for that province on that turn. They will receive VP this way: 25 (value of province/turn) * 24 (turns/day) * 50 (Stage 4 multiplier) = 30,000 VP.
Now let's say [CLANB] takes that same province away from [CLANA]. [CLANA] loses that 30,000 VP they earned earlier, and [CLANB] gains 30,000 VP.
They do not get/lose VP each turn, but rather the capture or loss of a province is checked for on each turn. VP are earned or lost immediately after the battle for a province. Gold income works as normal.
