Clan Wars Timeline (4/1/13 Update)

Hypnotik: Ok, found the issue that is causing the problem. Only certain browser versions that usually aren't the most recent version of that program are having the issue (FF 15 or below, IE 9 or below, Chrome - all versions, Opera 12.10 or below, or Safari - all versions). I know the workaround to this issue, and hopefully all will be well later tonight.
The + and - issue is something separate, and I'm pretty sure I figured that one out too.
