Controls Don't work after switching windows

Hypnotik: This isn't a huge bug, since there's a workaround, but something that should be fixed nonetheless.

Description
When playing in windowed mode, if the user switches windows while the game is loading (to Firefox for example), and back to the game after it has loaded, no controls will work.

Reproduce
1. Play in Window Mode
2. While map loads, have another window active.
3. When countdown ends, switch back to WoT.
4. The game will now be stuck in cursor mode (arrow is visible) as if player were holding [Ctrl].

Workaround
Bring up text chat [Enter] type nothing, and hit [Enter] again to clear chat mode. The game will be back to normal.

As I said, it's nothing major, just an annoyance that shouldn't be there.
