VK 3601(H) being designated Heavy

Hypnotik: I don't imagine them making any major changes. If anything, probably just a few tweaks. I suspect it's mostly being reclassified as a heavy because the Germans' first heavy comes at T7 right now, where the other two lines have one at T5.
