If it's just spam or if they aren't directing it at anyone then I'll ignore it. However, the few times I've been directed to fallback, it was because my teammate and I were the only ones on the flank and there are 3+ tanks spotted and making a push around a corner. In this case, it is legit and I will start backing up to a more secure position. I might end up dying anyway but at least my teammate had the best interests in staying alive a little longer in the hopes our allied tanks can reinforce the flank.
