Hambijon: Thanks!  We appreciate you too!  There is no pleasing everyone, but we try to take all valid feedback we receive and try to improve our processes because in the end, it's the players playing in the tournaments.  We just want to make sure we provide tournaments that hopefully don't fall stale, stay competitive, and of course, give out some good prizes.
