Intelligence Data screen is ridiculously broken

HBFT: I would like to apologize for the delay in getting back to everyone as I had not heard information about progress made on this issue until now.  I have been told that a good number of issues that were associated with this issue have been resolved with the release of Update 9.5.  If you have any new observations regarding your ability to schedule Stronghold Raids, I'd love to hear them!
