Issues redeeming Ultimate Game Cards / Ultimate Points

I filed a ticket with PlaySpan and reached their phone support this am, but they said since Wargaming redeemed the cards, Wargaming has to fix the problem.
Also filed a ticket with Wargaming last night, but it's been more than 13 hours now and no response from Wargaming yet. If Wargaming had a support phone number, I would have phoned them, too.
With all the money I have spent with Wargaming, I am very disappointed in their customer service.
