As the World of Tanks community is rapidly growing, so are PlaySpan’s systems to insure that your account and UltimatePoints balances are secure.
World of Tanks has upgraded to a new platform. As a result of this upgrade your Wargaming Ultimate Points transactions will no longer be available to view on ultimatepay.com. You should be able to access your account as usual on or around October 4th. Your UltimatePay account is intact and you can continue using it at any time.
Due to this transition your UltimatePoints in World Of Tanks is maintained independently of the UltimatePoints balances that are available in the rest of the games. This means that any UltimatePoints acquired through a payments overage on World of Tanks will be only available for future redemption in World of Tanks.
There is nothing for you to sign up for, this will automatically happen at no additional cost.

Small update! We have received definite confirmation from PlaySpan that player UPoint balances are not currently visible from the Ultimate Pay website. Because player UPoint balances are now stored in different areas, PlaySpan is currently working on a new feature that will allow them to show player's their UPoint balance from both areas. (One area is used to store a UPoint balance that is applicable to all other games that accept UPoints and the other is for World of Tanks specifically)
In an effort to improve our ability to assist our players, we are also looking to improve our visibility of player UPoint balances on our side. We will keep you informed should anything of further note appear.
